australian wildflowers The Wait-jen trail meanders alongside four of the lakes on the Coblinine river system. Taking about 4 hours to walk one way, the 10.5km walking trail provides a window into the Noongar culture, traditional resources and land management of the area.

Information panels and interpretive signs along the trail and road access points give insight to indigenous way of life here, and contain fascinating artwork.

Aside from the cultural interpretation, the trail is a very peaceful and pleasant walk, with interesting native vegetation and home to a range of wildlife.
